I felt that there is a serious gap between a startup's need for talent and the average Wall Streeters awareness of that need. Startups are left wondering where the talent went and Wall Streeters are left wondering if there is anything else out there to explore. So this group is a platform for these two groups to talk to each other rather than among themselves.

After helping form the San Fransisco and Seattle "Settler's of Catan" leagues, where executives from VC backed technology startups would gather, network, and play "Settler's of Catan," I decided that since I'm a New Yorker now, I would do the same here.
